5 Step Professional Process for Carpets, *Area Rugs, Upholstery:

ESTIMATE & PRE-INSPECTION: Our first step is to do a Free In-Home Estimate and Pre-Inspection for colourfastness and the condition of the carpeting or upholstery fabric. Your quote is based on this.

MOVE & PROTECT FURNITURE: We will move light furniture items out of the way and protect legs with foil or put on stryofoam blocks.

PRE-SPRAY: The next step is to apply our earth-friendly Pre-Spray. This is a biodegradable pretreatment product containing natural minerals to enhance the cleaning power of water. Products are 100% natural food additive ingredients, 100% environmentally sustainable and powerful enough to handle any cleaning job.

RINSE: The fourth step is to thoroughly Rinse out the Pre-Spray and all dirt using superheated, oxygenated water.

DRY & GROOM: The final step is to groom carpets & rugs with rakes to realign the carpeting and help with drying. Drying time is 1 - 3 hours on average.

SPECIAL NOTES about each type of cleaning:

Carpet Cleaning:

• Water temperature is lower for wool carpets
• Cleaning products are safe and pH buffered

*Area Rug Cleaning:

• We pick up area rugs for specialized cleaning at our facility (Western Communities, Greater Victoria up to Sidney).
• We clean all materials and types of rugs including wool, synthetic, Kerastan, British India, Persian, silks and rugs from around the world.
• Rugs are pre-dusted to remove all loose soils.
• Water temperature is lower for wool rugs.
• Rugs are gently dried with dehumidified air.
• Fringes are hand-cleaned.

Upholstery Cleaning:

• Your upholstery is thoroughly vacuumed initially to remove loose dirt.
• Generally drying takes 1 - 3 hours with our Drimaster Jetless technology, but may be longer for fabrics such as cotton.

Odor Removal and Sanitizing:

• We use a specialized probe to detect pet stains (urine) in carpet that may cause an odor.
• The area is saturated with an anti-microbial enzyme and extracted back out to remove offending odors and substances.

Outdoor Pressure Washing:

• Rotary cleaning so no streaks.
• We clean sidewalks, driveways, patios and do moss removal.
